[600MRG] ScopeMatch tuning aid for lower bands

I added a toroid coil to my MFJ-269B antenna analyzer to lower
oscillating freq of lowest range (1.8-4 MHz) to 400-850 KHz. I use a
mini-toggle switch to short the toroid for normal use. I just cut a
pc trace to add the toroid.

My Bird 100h element comes close (under reads RF by 20%). But my
main power meter is a RF ammeter which reads 1.4A into 50-ohms:
(1.4)^2*50 = 100w.
