[600MRG] Progress Being Made

Some progress is slowly being made at W8BYA to become QRV on 630m. After 
some modeling of a short (~350') OCF dipole suspended off one of the 
towers the next phase was to wind the center loading coils. 
Java-the-Mutt let me borrow his friend porky to help in the winding 
process. Each inductor should be around 349 uH with a Q of 300-400, made 
of #14 wire which will be tested later tonight on a VNA.

A used box that was gonna get burned and aluminum rod from a Universal 
tower section made a perfect re-purposed wire dispensing apparatus.
