[600MRG] w0yse makes a return attempt on MF

I have a pee-watt signal I will be putting out tonight on wspr (and maybe JT9 for a few sequences) on 630m. I am totally guessing that it might be as big as 20 mW if I am lucky. The antenna might be a bit of a dummy load because it is rather broadly tuned with a variable cap across a toroid at the base of the 37 ft vertical. No top loading, however.

Lets see what this lashup can do, if anything.
