Frank, I thought I would post this to the group rather then reply 
directly to you as it may help some others out.

This is very similar to the antenna I put up several weeks ago but have 
not tested yet. Mine is a little larger but essentially the same idea to 
get some vertical polarization. In any event, below is a screen capture 
of the estimated conditions at the feedpoint if driven with 100W. As you 
can see, being such a small antenna, the real (resistive) portion of the 
feedpoint impedance is extremely small and it is quite reactive (which 
we all expected). Hope this helps.
