[600MRG] Spots not getting into PSK Reporter

Hi Frank,

While your settings match what I have in WSJTx, I am far from an
expert on that software.  What I can relate to you is that many of us
have observed problems with the PSK reporter page and getting reports
to post from time to time.  I do not know if it is on the operator end
or the server side but it does seem to afflict a wide range of
operators at times.  You indicated that you have not experienced this
before at HF so perhaps it is something related to MF and LF
specifically...

I can tell you that I specifically have had problems with the
selection criteria on the PSKreporter site.   In some cases, more
narrow searches result in no reports so perhaps use criteria that is
less restrictive.  Lots of gremlins...
