[600MRG] second MF attempt is successful

MF gang,
Sorry that my wspr did not get out of town last night, but I made a big change today, and already my wspr (~20 to 30 mW) is being decoded in the middle of the afternoon by Larry w7iuv, and Rudy n6lf. So I have N/S coverage so far.

Hopefully the system will hold up thru the night
