[600MRG] PSKreporter works with JT9-2

For those trying out the new version of SlowJT9, I discovered how to see reception on PSKreporter using JT9-2 mode.
Select ALL BANDS and mode JT (NOT JT9). This might also work for the 5 and 10 minute modes, but I have yet to check that out.

I am continuing JT9-2 mode at dial 474.2 kHz and offset of 1225 hz.

Hope to see more rx stations on PSKreporter....
