Hi Larry,
I am VERY interested in a QSO with you but it doesn't look
promising. According to WSPRnet I've only heard you once in the last
two weeks, nowhere near as good as in the past. Maybe we are just in
a run of bad propagation.
At present I can do JT9-1, JT9-2, CW with about 0.5W EIRP. With some
limitations I can do DFCW and QRSS. I am working on a phasing
exciter which I hope will allow me to do JT9-5, JT9-10 as well as
restore me to the full 1W EIRP for QSO modes.
I am also actively looking for QSOs.
