[600MRG] AC Line RFI Filters-Commercial Options?

Has anyone found any commercial AC line filters that have proven effective? I use two of those long AC plug “strips” behind my operating desk. They’re in steel cases, and solidly constructed but no room for adding additional components. I’d like to purchase a high quality commercial filter and then connect the power strips to it using the shortest possible cords.

Appreciate the expertise of this group. I was fortunate enough to be among the early “Lowfer” experimenters on 160-190 KHz, and am thrilled to see amateur radio receive LF and MF allocations.
