[600MRG] 630M Noise Reduction

   I forgot to mention that I have about 30 'clamp-on' ferrite filters in use.
That is the first thing I try.   The cheap ones on eBay are old and the hinge cracks after the first use but you can use duct tape to clamp them up again.
   All the Computers, Displays, Modems, Surveillance Cameras, etc, first get
the Clamp-On filters, then the AC Line RFI Filters.
    When the main power went off It surely cut off the majority of neighbors RF
radiators but I am not sure that the outside power line noise might still
be coming up the neutral line. I didn't get a chance to check that.
