[600MRG] Communications Quarterly, Do you have any?

I was re-reading my Communications Quarterly for Fall  1998 and ran across Fritz's (W1FR)
& Todd Roberts (WD4NGG) article on "Class E Power Amplifiers and Digital Driver for 160 Meters"
KB5NJD has done a lot of work on these Amplifiers for 630 meters.
Does anyone have a complete collection of Communications Quarterly ?
It was published as a subsidiary of CQ Communications from 1996 to 2013.
Anyway if you want to borrow my Fall 1998 copy, I have added it to the 'W0RW Lending Library' at
