[600MRG] SlowJT9 settings

So, I got myself a little confused this morning. :-)

When I configured the newly installed (from zip file) instance I'm
using to receive JT9-10, I forgot to check "Save decoded messages"
under Settings>Save. This is important for those participating in
the test. If that is not checked, it won't save decodes to the
decoded.txt file (in the extra subfolder).

But what confused me is this: I had "Discard audio frequency limits
on RX" checked in my JT9-5 instance. It was not decoding my signal
at 395 Hz. After I unchecked that option it is decoding me. I'm not
sure if this is expected? It might be worth a look for those who are
having problems decoding.
