[600MRG] CW Beacon

That person is notorious for running beacons on bands where unattended beacons are not allowed.  He comes up with all sorts of interpretations as to why he can do so.  There are various threads on QRZ.com where he has been bragging about these beacons and where numerous people have told him that they are illegal.


Since the FCC is shut down due to the present situation between the President and the House of Representatives, he may be thinking that nothing can be done.  Previous complaints to the FCC have seemed to get him shut down for a while.

There has been a CW beacon, WA4SZE, running continuously for a few days 
on about 474.3 or thereabouts.

Does anyone know how to contact this person?

This beacon is real strong here and is wiping out the bottom of the JT9 
section here. I can filter it but my notch filter is kind of wide and I 
loose even more of the band then.

I didn't think unattended beacons were permitted but if he went lower in 
frequency at least it would help, except then he'd be in the CW area.

Maybe I'm just grouchy this morning...
