Hello Dan,

I'm not sure what is meant with "negative peaks". The spectrum view shows the power (density) versus frequency, what is always positive.
Maybe with negative you mean below the noise average?
Inverting the colour table can be implemrnted, but what would be the use of it?

Neil, et al,
Just curious... I'm running v0.9.15 and noticed that, on the spectrum
display, the number of negative peaks significantly outnumber the
positive peaks.  Setting the gain and offset won't allow me to isolate
those negative peaks with color.  Is it possible to invert the waveform
somehow, or square the Fourier analysis result?  Please disregard if I'm
showing my "newby" here. :-)
Thanks for doing such an amazing job with SlowJT9.  Love it.
