[600MRG] PSKreporter works with JT9-2

Hello Hideo,
indeed, must be new.
Maybe it would be better to have a "JT9-2+" option that shows all slow JT9 modes (JT9-2, JT9-5, JT9-10)?
I could ask Philip.
