[600MRG] A simplified formula for Rr at 475 kHz

Here is a simple formula for finding the radiation resistance of a vertical (without top loading) for use at 475 kHz (only).

Rr = .00009175*H^2, where H is the height in feet.

I was able to boil another formula down to just this one.

Dealing with a top load is a lot more complex, of course.
