Beta-release v0.9.21.2 of SlowJT9 has been uploaded, see http://www.472khz.org/SlowJT9/.

Main changes:
- Beacon mode enabled for all JT9 submodes
- Extended online users guide<http://www.472khz.org/SlowJT9/UsersGuide/v0.9.21.2/> added (replaces the help function)
- Fatal bug fixed that caused the program to hang when clicking on certain buttons during decoding
- Non fatal bug failing to display non Latin characters properly fixed
