You are overly concerned about my understanding of the PLC involvement.

I knew a few guys were contacted, I heard 1 was rejected.

I never expected to be contacted, I have been operating since the 30 day waiting period expired.

I know they don't approve anything.

Sorry to have taken up so much bandwidth.
