[600MRG] It has been a year for the PLC to reply

According to the regulations, after 30-days, if you did not hear from the UTC, you are good to go!
>From comments on QRZ.com, there are a significant number of operators who have not heard anything from the UTC.  Methinks that the UTC was overloaded with requests and are, generally, only notifying those who are within 1 kM of a PLC. Glen, K9STH
