[600MRG] 630 Meter Beacons

I hear two beacons regularly on about 475.2 kHz.  One is WA4SZE but I can't find any way to send him a signal report.  No email in QRZ.com.  The other sends weird cw that I can' figure out.  Anybody have info on these beacons?
