[600MRG] Help!

 What rig are you using with it? The Icoms have the direct CIV to USB which seems to work no matter what.However The Yaesus use RS232 , requiring a RS232 to USB converter. The converter needs it's driver to be installed, and even with that some chipsets were problematic. Windows will SAY it has installed the driver, but it's not going to work. Go to the MFR website and grab the latest and greatest driver...and pray...

Over the summer my XP machine went belly up so I trotted over to my local Goodwill computer store for a $100 replacement but could only get machines with W10.  I installed WSJTX and can receive and report just fine.  However, when I try to enter my rig in the settings window I cannot transmit and fact all kinds of strange things happen, my software is very unhappy.  As long as I select “no rig” I can receive just fine.

  

Is there a help group for WSJTX?  I would like to come back on the aire but right now I’m really frustrated!
