[600MRG] JT9-2 operation tonight on 630m from w0yse

Trying newest version of SlowJT9 (v0.9.10) tonight.

I cannot get it to decode much above about 1200 hz offset, so that is where I will TX my JT9-2 beacon tonight.

The new version is NOT compatible with previous versions, but is compatible with the old wsjt JT9-2 standard from years ago. The new version can be downloaded at
