[600MRG] 630 Meter Band Use

My band plans have been to use CW from 472 to lower edge of WSPR and
digital above. No plans for voice.
But other projects have taken precedence over retuning my invert-L,
so I am not QRV on 630m.

Antenna loading coil was tuned for 497-502 KHz before ham radio was
authorized, so it still is tuned there. I only get about 5-Hz
bandwidth with fixed tuning which keeps things simple (KISS). So
expect 472-477 usable bw.

Next summer a new lawn will be put in surrounding my antenna so
permanent ground wires will be laid allowing 12-month
operation. Current ground system has to be rolled up for summer mowing.
