[600MRG] SlowJT9 test

I am testing Rik Strobbe's beta SlowJT9. Overnight I let it monitor
standard JT9. It worked fine producing many decodes, lowest SNR -27
which is what I expected.

I now have it it on JT9-2 mode and will leave it there today and
tonight. If anyone would care to transmit some JT9-2 as a test that
would be great! Monitored audio frequency range is 400 to 1400 Hz.

I have completed my new 630m vario/xfmr bucket and hope to get it
out to the antenna for a test soon. I'm hobbling around using a cane
due to a knee injury and there is snow on the ground, so not sure if
it will be today.
