[600MRG] shorted turn tuning

I suspect a simple experiment using a Q-meter can quantify the effect on L
and Q of a shorted turn.  Will add that to my to-do list.  That's one of
several items I need to add to my chapter on inductors anyway.

 

BTW, do we have anyone on-board skilled in Visual Basic and/or C++??  The
inductor design graphs in chapter 6 are helpful but really a bit klutzy.
What we really need is an application like TLW, etc, to do the calculations
directly behind a simple interface.
