[600MRG] Dedicated WSQcall dial frequency?

  I will be monitoring both 474 KHz and 474.5 KHz on separate systems  
overnight.  You never know what might happen and I want to be there  
if/when it happens.    No internet last night so I don't know what was  
reported. Outage started about 0800 z or there abouts.
