Brian, I agree with usng 474.5 kHz as the calling dial freq for WSQCall. I will stay with it for now.

It would be nice to have some flexibility on the AF offset as well.

Might 474.5kHz become the standard calling/sounding frequency for
WSQcall in our region, with QSOs taking place 100 or maybe 200Hz either
side?
With a stable frequency, there might be more activity.  V1.2 has just
been released.
Another thought is to have the developers shift the audio tones up by
300Hz to allow the standard 474.2kHz dial frequency with other software
running.  And if the software allowed you to shift precisely 100Hz up or
down from the default calling frequency at the push of a button to
continue a QSO, wouldn't that be sweet?
