A WSPR (?) trace appeared at 137.51+- KHz when I tuned to 2200 meters at
1:30 AM Sunday Morning -- the triumph of hope over experience, because I'd
never before heard or seen anything but noise on 2200 meters at any time
earlier since 2012. See pix 1&2. But, now WSPR at 220 nanovolts and -122
dBm. This is, I think, too weak to decode. But it is a start.

Anybody know the transmitting station?

QTH here: Walnut Creek, CA, about 30 miles East of San Francisco -- in the
North East corner of grid square CM87, at 37o55' N, -122o 1' W in the San
Francisco East-Bay Area.

Rx: Receiver here is the SDR WinRadio G33DDC, with two 43 foot verticals
paralleled in. The extensive ground-screen and radials system was very wet.
