[600MRG] 137 TX testing

Everything stayed running last night. Reported S/N's were kinda low but I'm hoping that's just conditions.
Have to go to town today so won't be able to do much work on the system. So I'll just leave it on and run another night. 
While running the WSPR TX, I can't receive. I am working on getting full transceive functionality but it's going to take a few more days at least.
