[600MRG] USB vs LSB

All,
Regarding some recent confusion...

Just a clarification:  The MF Solutions converter board
Does NOT invert sidebands.  So just like for RX, one's
transceiver must be set for USB when transmitting using
the converter!

Some older rigs will try to default to LSB on 80m.  This
feature must be overridden manually.
