Hi all:

Nutshell version. Thanks to John - VE7BDQ for getting me on the right track.. Everything is " Inverted " when Converted..
That is what was throwing me off.. I had no idea about it.. I am transmitting into the converter on a lower frequency
than I thought I was supposed to, Plus, Transmissions must be in LSB for WSPR to decode, I am still working on the
needed Dial frequency, and TX tone offset to put my signal where I want it.. The good thing is that It is now doing what
it is supposed to do..
Thanks to all for the suggestions.. I'll be tweeking for a while until I figure this Inversion stuff out ... hi - hi
