[600MRG] First cruise

Hi,

I have been using my RAK from time to time searching the NDBs. I also
have sometimes copied the experimental stations near our present 630
meter band (but never copied WSPR). I fired it up again last night for a
cruise and foud an NDB I hadn't logged before. Then I cranked it up to
our new 630 Meter band. I found several outstanding signals there and a
few too weak to copy. Most of them were digital and did not ID in any
intelligible manner so I don't know which of you they were. I did see
faint traces on the waterfall and spectrum of what was probably CW but
too weak to copy.

I'll try again from time to time. There will be different propagation,
different time of day and day of week (operator schedules), and some
antenna improvements. That time of day thing (and day of week) affects
my listening time. I have country a dance gig tonight and will not be
playing the radio at all. Other hams have the same sort of limitations.

73,

Bill KU8H
