Hi Ken,

Me too and it is still happening. I think has something to do with the 
groundhog seeing his shadow. When that happened the price of gasoline 
jumped thirty cents, too. The gasoline was the same gasoline in the 
tanks as the the day before. The only thing different was that pesky 
groundhog seeing his shadow. Therefore the events in Pennsylvania on Feb 
second caused those problems. There were some strange propagation 
anomalies, too. This is a wonderful example of solving problems with 
empirical evidence <evil grin>.

Things should soon return to 'normal' until about April 1.
