I'd think about a tall mast and use part of the length of the top guy wires as a capacity hat. Egg insulators to switch to rope or cord the rest of the way to ground.
I have seen a few old-school FAA NDB antennas that also used a fat wire cage around an insulated mast. The cage tapered right to the mast at very top & bottom. There's a propper name for that type but I don't recall it.
Either the mast idea or plant a new tree and wait 30 years. Miracle Grow helps but only so much.
