[600MRG] SlowJT9 decoded at S/N of -31 by KR7O

To those interested in what SlowJT9 can do, here is what Robert, KR7O was able to decode around November 20, 2018 of a JT9-2 signal from Laurence, KL7L. This is the only -31 I have seen so far.

Robert has a very good RX system and hears a lot that many of us do not hear. He sent me this screen capture a while back.
