[600MRG] JT9 Experiment Report

[N1BUG]

Thanks to all who participated in this JT9-1 vs JT9-2 test! All
reports were greatly appreciated, including those for only one mode
or the other (and one that I was not successful in transposing in
time for a timely post-experiment report). Thanks to Rik, ON7YD /
OR7T for his work on the SlowJT9 application!
