[600MRG] Discontinuance of the USCG DGPS Service

I have one less than a km away on 310 KHz.  Guess I should "fire up" 
the SDR-IQ and look to see if it is transmitting.  Used to show -30 
dBm on the SDR-IQ with inverted-L antenna.
