[600MRG] Short Radial Observation - Updated

A _LARGE_ IsoTron would be the caper..  Nothing connected to ground to 
waste power... An IsoTron is a loop...

The BW might be so narrow that one may simply MSK the carrier frequency 
away to affect a neat/clean ZERO when keyed and a ONE when not keyed...
A reject load for the SPACE signal would be nice...

A ONE FOOT vertical without losses is every bit as efficient as the 
infamous W4 what's his name 600' tower...

All good rustic theory... No more worm warmers...  The earth already has 
a fever...  A Wullenbebber if all else fails...
