[600MRG] QEX Jan/Feb 2001

Would anyone have copies of QEX for January and February 2001? I do
know the 2001 periodicals CD-ROM is available. However I am not
certain if the information I seek is actually in the relevant QEX
articles and can't afford to buy it blindly. Please drop me a line
if you have these issues and could skim a couple of articles...

Specifically I am working on design of a Class E amplifier. I
downloaded the ClassE program from Tonne Software. It says the
design equations came from Jan/Feb '01 QEX articles. One of the
design variables in the program is Fall time. It's the only one I
don't understand. It seems to have only a subtle affect and I need
more information on it.
