[600MRG] US MF operators list - "the link"

Greetings -

It's come to my attention by way of a few email's that an old file name was
published in a recent ARRL distribution for the US 630 meter "QSO-capable"
operator list.

The file name is not static, meaning that every Monday when W0RPK sends me
an update and I process / publish it,  the link to the file changes.  Its a
quirk of wordpress and not one that is necessarily easily resolved.

If you are going to bookmark the ops list, please use the following link,
which is static and does not change:
