[600MRG] field day 2018 + MF/LF

Greetings:

I just had someone from a group that I used to do field day with years ago
asking if I wanted to come setup a 630m station...I checked the ARRL
website for rules to see if we are included and it appears that we are (we
are not explicitly excluded unless they forgot to exclude us):

It makes sense given that the ARRL is trying to combine the grid chase
event with field day and we were granted inclusion in the grid chase late
last year.

So I think I might.  For the last several years many of us have
participated in a field day message event where field day sites would
listen for our signals and submit reports.. Now we can show them first hand
and maybe play with bigger antennas than are possible at out home stations.

If there are other noise warriors out there that plan to do the same be
sure to register the location on the UTC site ASAP so you don't get caught
in the 30 day notification window.
