[600MRG] 47CFR Part5 Renewals

Frank,

I renewed WE2XGR last year with no issues.
WE2XGR covers 460-515 kHz with a small gap around 490 kHz to protect
NAVTEX.

The advantage is more bandwidth and higher power available.

That said, I have been mostly operating using my ham call on 472.5 kHz CW.

I put in extra language such that WE2XGR has a five year term as opposed to
two years so the financial aspect of renewal is not as great.
(I have frequently posted the language on the reflector that I put in the
application to get a five year grant, but few if any others have taken
advantage.)
