You may be referring to the subber circuit, the purpose isto reduce the overshoot.

The output transistors in the push pull circuit are Mouserpart #  512-FQP34N20 .

Theses transistor in push-pull are capable of 300 wattsoutput.

I’m driving this Amp with 0dbm from the K3.
