[600MRG] Trying different frequency for WSQ at KU4XR

I was able to copy Andy, KU4XR several times last night WSQ on 476.47.

So my hope is the calling freq or activity freq can be moved into this 
area, away from WSPR. Way too much local WSPR interference for me to 
copy WSQ near the WSPR area.  73
