Since that PDF I pointed you all to is actually fairly small, I have attached it here.

I bring this idea up with the hope that one or more of us will be able to install a receiver 
dedicated to recording this information and then publishing our findings to the list at, at 
least, semi-regular intervals.

I know that there are very few of the Navy VLF stations still in operation, but I believe there 
are one or two, a least, in addition to VLF stations which are still operational in other 
countries.

I do have several RAKs here, some operational. My only issue is where to put it, as they are 
pretty large and I am short on room.

Your thoughts?
