[60-Meters] HK5D

 Anyone received an HK5D 60m QSL? He says send to RCV as does YV5ABH for his 
QSLs. I have been told my friends in the RCV that Juan has not visited to 
pick up his HK5D QSLs in over 8 months now. Tried one direct to Colombia and 
still nothing.. $2 return postage twice is all I am willing to do for these 
non-QSLers. Perhaps the next HK on 60m will be more willing to take the 
money and purchase a stamp to return his QSL.. hi
