[60-Meters] Band is waking up

I had some great contacts from the mobile on the commute to work this
morning.  Worked a QRP 2.5 Watt station on an FT-817 and a "Golf Cart
Mobile" both with good signals.  

Things should get better again as the sun comes up later.  Need
something in the Winter to look forward to. :-)

The ride home is getting more active too - around 1730 East Coast.  I am
hearing activity in the Va/Ga/Fl area, but they don't seem to hear me -
yet.
