Plate voltage is rear panel rocker switch selectable for either 3600VDC or 4000 VDC. To complement the  heavy duty Peter Dahl  plate transformer, a  filter capacitor/diode rectifier extender board has been added to handle the increased plate voltage.  Automatic grid protection is installed with an integral 3 minute delay timer. Fully adjustable rear panel variable inductor tuner inputs to adjust to any solid state exciter. Caught my first 6M opening of the summer Es season yesterday-May 10, which
is late for the first opening of the year.  But did work KP4EIT in FK68 at
1433Z which is about the earliest I have caught a DX station during the
summer Es, so lets hope it is a sign of things to come!

6M has been open since early this morning and it's still open now at 4 PM

I was able to work V31MA and ZF1RC two days ago and heard C6AFP/B. What a great start to the 6m season! Hope we get many more days like the past few with some more TEP mixed in and maybe even some super shot to the EU.

Lafayette HE-35 6m AM transceiver and HE-61 VFO. Both units are clean, 
unmodified and appear to work correctly. Sorry no XTAL's or mike. The 
HE35 receives and transmits on my bench into a dummy load with the HE-61 
connected to it. Downloaded and printed schematic included with the 
HE-35. Photo's are avail.

The HE-61 VFO was checked out on the bench and has a stable 8mhz signal. 
It currently has a 6BA6 in place of the 12BA6 so it could be checked out 
on the HE-35. The original 12BA6 will be packed with it. Downloaded and 
printed manual for the HE-61 included. Photo's are avail.

All tubes will be removed, wrapped and packed inside in bubble wrap for 
shipping.  Asking $65 for HE-35, $75 for HE-61 or $110 for both, shipped 
CONUS will ship international extra. Paypal preferred or USPS MO, 
personal check will be held.

a pc for email and don't own/use any type of smart device please be

I am changing things in my shack, the following are going on sale to the public this 
weekend for higher amounts of money, thought to offer them for less/locally first:

1. ICOM 756-P3 in excellent shape, opened for Mars/Cap, original owner, original 
boxes, sharp screen without any lines or other issues, stock hand mic + manual 
included. (pkg with #2 below)

2. Icom PS-125 matching power supply for above, excellent shape, factory connector 
for $1,300 w/#1 abv.

3. TE Systems mod 1452G, 2m all mode PA (brick), new w/o Box only tested once for 3 
words to see needle swing... This is a high current amp, needs a stout power supply 
capable of 13.8+ VDC @ 55 amps output! Anything less will choke down the output of 
350 amps...must use large gauge wire for install. $450

4. 2 ea M2 antennas, 7-el for 6m - very suitable for a stack for "moonrise/moonset" 
EME these are the 6M7-JHV design, trussed top support, light weight/low wind sfc, ck 
M2 site for spec's. One is "used"/assembled and can travel on a roof-rack or pad once 
disassembled for $250, the other one is "NIB" from factory, never opened, for $350... 
BOTH as a package is $550.

All are FOB Whitehall, MT area.


The IC756p3 would make an excellent main rig for someone setting up their first HF/6m 
station.

K7TM, W7FSI and WT7E plan on operating on the DN24/ DN34 line in the June VHF contest 
25.5 miles southeat of Challis, Idaho as K7TM.  Contest rules only allow one grid so 
we will be in DN34 for the contest but will confirm both DN34 and DN24 for the Fred 
Fish and VUCC awards. The proposed  location is roughly at 44.77 latitude, 114.00 
longitude.  We were there a couple of weeks ago and couldn't get in because of snow. 
It should be gone by now.  Our plan is try it again a week before the contest.  If 
plans change we will post them.

Just in time for the summer 6m Es season and the June VHF contest I have
for sale an Icom 706 original in good condition. This is the model that
does 100 watts on HF and 6m, and 10 watts on 2m.  It has a built in keyer,
built in tone encoder for repeaters, dual VFOs, built in SWR meter, and
quite a few other features.  It works great, has some scratches on the
case, but nothing horrible.  The faceplate looks good.  Just ran it in the
CW WPX contest while on vacation with good results.  I am only selling it
because I picked up a rig that does UHF as well so I can get on the
satellites again.

It comes with a power cord, and an aftermarket handmic that works fine.  I
am asking $380 plus shipping for this, which is a great price. Look how
much peole are asking for Kenwood TS140s and Yaesu FT840s, and this rig
definitely beats them both by a wide margin.
