Yes there is no one thing to blame. It's just being rude whether 
intentional or not.

One of the offenders yesterday called CQ 10m on 50115 for abt 15 min.s 
then just CQ. I was wondering if he confused or had a problem. Several 
stn.s tried to get him to move with no reply. Maybe he was split band & 
didn't know. Sad.

His call was issued in the last few yr.s. I doubt he watches the 
clusters. Probably some guy who has 6m on his new HF radio & wanted to 
work someone.

What's irritating is a few gud Op newbies in my area are just 
discovering 6m DX. They ask abt. the SSB window. All I can say is it's 
just some of our bad actors. Again sad.
