[50mhz] Adding 6 meters to a tribander

QST had articles in 2011 and 2013 about adding 6 meters to an HF yagi, where the elements for the 6m portion were interlaced with the HF elelement, and the driven element was not actually connected to the coax.

I wonder if someone can help me think my plans through and maybe do some modeling for me. I have a Mosley Mini 32A tribander which as a 6 foot boom, which is too short for any of the QST designs. MFJ makes the 1761 which is a 6 meter dipole that fits on the driven element of a tribander, which adds 6m as a dipole. I am planning on using that for the driven element of a 2 element 6 meter beam. SHould that work ok? I would then need a reflector some space back, and I need to figure out the spacing and the length of the reflector.

In the QST designs, the 6 meter driven element wasn't actually attached to the HF driven element, but was actually a few inches in front of it. I was thinking that the MFJ 1761 would make it easier to get the driven element set up. Would this work ok like this?
